Imagine how cool it would be to be able to eat whatever we want without gaining weight and going out of shape. We would eat our favorite junk food without the following “orange” skin, weight and flabby muscles. Unfortunately, this is just a dream and we are still going to have to watch closely what we eat but if that’s some kind of relief – there are some non-diet foods that won’t get you fat but will help you lose weight instead!
1. Frozen lollipops
If you want something for dessert, frozen lollipops are the best choice! The ones without sugar are sweet and consist almost only in water so they’re perfect for a diet plan. And they’re 20 calories each!
2. Popcorn
As crazy as it sound, popcorn contains only 130 calories in one package and if you add chili to them you’ll not only eat less calories but speed your metabolism as well!
3. Veggie burgers
They are made of soybean, not meat so one burger is only 100 calories! You can eat them even if you’re not a vegetarian because they taste and look the same, only the calories are less.
4. Frozen yogurt with cocoa
Low temperature can help you burn any excessive calories and proteins make you feel full. Just put little ice, 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and some milk in the blender and enjoy your aftrenoon snack in the hot summer sun!
5. Omelette
An omelette with 4 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, some tomatos and peppers has only 150 calories. The egg whites are very high in proteins so they’ll quicken your metabolism.
6. Nuts
Don’t be afraid of the fact the nuts have a lot of fat in them – unsaturated fat is good for your heart! Besides, your body will burn calories while is trying to digest all the proteins.
7. Oatmeal
When you’re hungry and want a snack, instead of eating junk food of something with sugar, go for oatmeal. Oatmeal is full of fibres and will leave you satiated until your next big meal.
8. Dried fruits
Dried fruits and full of fibres and are naturally sweet (don’t go for those that have added sugar). They will satisfy your need of sugar without having too much calories.
9. Apple slices with peanut butter
This combination is full of proteins and fibres. Half an apple and a tea spoon of peanut butter will keep you full for a long time and have only around 200 calories.
10. Whole grain fruit bars
They are easy to carry, delicious and full of proteins! Fruit bars are the best thing to snack on if you’re hungry during the day.
