No matter what season is you should take care of your body. And what’s more enjoyable and sufficient than workouts and exercises. Sport is health! Today we’ll try to work out our core and the great part is that you won’t need any equipment, you can do your crunches while you stand upright. Here is Katia Pryce, a fitness instructor, which will show some moves to define your core and get fit and toned. Repeat 10 to 15 reps and complete two to three sets for great results.
Standing Crunches. Stand with your feet a little bit wider than your shoulders lines and put your hands on your hips. Start moving back and front – suck in your stomach to your spine and then release it to the front. Move your shoulders and elbows to get the maximum of these movements.
Hip Rocks. Bent slightly on your knees and put your feet wide apart. Start swinging your hips to the left and to the right without lifting your feet. One left, one right – that’s just one rep.
Hip twist with pull down. Assume the position that is shown in the picture. Lift your left heel off the ground, put your right hand to your waist and start moving your left hand and hip together as you squeeze your side core. That’s one rep. Repeat 10 to 15 times and then switch sides.
Window washers. Shift your weight to your left foot, with your knee slightly bent. Turn your hip to the front. Move your arms in the opposite direction of the knee. That’s one rep, repeat it 10 to 15 times and then switch sides. Turn the music loud and start working your core, I’m sure that you’ll enjoy it. Bye, bye – I’m putting on my yoga pants and I’m going to get my sexy abs.
