Get your ass into shape with these incredibly easy, super-quick butt-toning exercises:
1.The Hip Dip and Lift. 10 to 20 reps of this move three times is all it takes with this exercise. Prepare to feel a major stretch in your hips and some tightening in your core as you push up and extend your leg into the air. But these are all good things — you’re on your way to a tighter butt, toned abs, and ripped arms. Just keep telling yourself, “you can do it!”
2.The Bridge-Up With Leg Lifts. Take turns extending one leg at a time as you push up into bridge mode. Keep your extended leg as straight as possible for maximum toning.
3. The Squat. Stand with your feet hip width apart and push your hips back so that your weight goes into your heels. Squat down into a 90 degree angle. Stand back up while still pressing down on your heels. Try and push your butt back as far as you can, while keeping your feet planted and your shoulders back. Try not to lean forward! Do 2 sets of 20 reps.
4. The Attitude Pulse. Hardcore toning is happening here — in your core, your arms, and your butt. It’s not called an attitude pulse for any old reason! 20 reps on each side will put you on the fast track to a perfect booty.
