Some girls don’t care about their hair length. But they are not many. Most of us dread going to the hair salon and beg the hair dresser for a little less hair to be cut. However, cutting your hair is key when it comes to your hair’s health. So how to make your hair grow fast without skipping on appointments at the hair salon? Here are five natural tricks on how to make your hair grow faster and thicker:
Almond Oil & Coconut Oil
Both of these oils provide excellent nourishment for your hair. About six drops of these oils either individually or in combination can be massaged into the scalp and hair. Wrap your hair in a towel and let the oils be absorbed for between 30 and 60 minutes and then wash it.
Mix 1 packet of unflavored gelatin into normal shampoo and use it during every wash of your hair. Gelatin contains a protein that will help your hair growth and make it thicker.
Vitamin C and E
Your diet can have a great impact on your hair growth too. Eat foods that are rich in vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is contained in citrus fruits, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, strawberries, etc. Vitamin E is found in big quantities in spinach, nuts, avocadoes, fish, tofu, etc.
Rinse your hair with apple vinegar before you wash your hair. Be careful not to get any into your eyes and ignore the smell: maybe you will need other nice smelling hair products to hide it! Apple cider vinegar has many vitamins in it, and it removes any dead skin from hair follicles that could be prevending strong hair growth.
