Don’t you just hate it when you pass someone on the street and you’re immediately suffocated by their perfume because they put way too much of it? A common mistake when applying perfume is just spraying all over your body and not on a particular spots. Perfume should be applied on the “pulse points” of your body or the points where the blood vessels are closer to the skin. Those spots emanate heat which helps spread your perfume in the air and, of course, make it last longer.
The spots you should go for are your inner wrists, behing your ears, the base of your throat, behing the knees, in the cleavage zone and your inner elbows. Of course, be careful, because when you’re familiar with a scent it’s more difficult to tell if you’re over spraying or not. My advice is to pick 2 or 3 spots and to perfume them only because, especially in the summer, heavy smell can be quite unattractive!
