• 1 egg white;
• 2 teaspoons of sugar;
• 1 teaspoon of plain lour;
• 2 tablespoons of egg yolk batter;
To make this Swiss roll first you have to make a batter. Then take a small amount of it in a piping bag and make a giraffe pattern on a buttered parchment paper placed in a square or rectangular tin. Pop it into the oven and bake for just one minute. Doing this will lock the pattern. After that mix cocoa powder in the rest of the batter and pour it in the tin containing giraffe pattern. Bake it until done. Remove the parchment paper. Fill the baked sponge of roll with the filling of your choice and roll it. Your giraffe pattern Swiss roll is ready
