Scratch cards can be used for a bit of fun or if you have a business and would like to give your customers some great offers…
Of course, with little cost to you!
So we’re going to show you how to make your own scratch cards with just a few items!
You’ll need:
Dish soap
Silver or gold acrylic paint and paint brush
Clear tape
Small container
Step 1:
First make your cards with the information and images you wish to have them – alongside the mystery gift that will appear under the ‘scratch off’ section of the card
Step 2:
Get your clear tape and cut it to fit your scratch off area (ensure the tape only covers the scratch off panel area and no other part of the card)
Step 3:
Now use the small container and add 1 part dish soap and 2 parts of the silver or gold paint
Step 4:
Using the paint brush – paint over the taped ‘scratch off’ section only
Step 5:
Allow the first coat of paint to completely dry and then add another layer of paint – this will take around 3 to 4 layers to cover the text – TIP: Make sure layers of paint are completely dry before applying another coat
