Everybody loves shoes! They are comfortable, they protect our feet and legs and they make us look just the way we want to. Men and women, children and elderly – in one way or another we all care about shoes. But how come we often forget that they also have a life and character and forget to care for them in the right way? These are some simple S.O.S. signals that our shoes give and their meaning.
– White marks on the leather. Many people know when these appear – when the humidity is too high for the leather. The main issue is that the material will get spoilt and will either rot or break easily after this effect has already taken place. To protect them you need to clean the salt and grease them well.
– High heels and changes in the sound. Whenever the sound that your shoes make while walking changes you should take them to be fixed. No matter if you feel it or not – the shoes know best and you might save yourself from an embarrassment or an injury if you listen well.
– Curve in the heel. The heel of your foot is reflected upon your shoes’ heels. This means that if the shoe is bent or curved, you are having an irregular and/or wrong gait. This might lead to serious spine issues and you can easily see it beforehand through the form of your shoes.
