It’s normal to have some hairs falling off your head, but the question is How much is normal? And the questions we care most about – When we should start to worry about it? and How to prevent that?
The specialists say that the average woman loses between 50 and 100 hairs per day, sometimes even 150. So, don’t freak out when you see some hairs swimming around in the shower. After all, if you are nervous about it you should do this trick:
Take about 60 hairs between your fingers and pull the strand while you run your fingers through it. The normal amount of hairs that will fall is 5 to 8 hairs. If 15 hairs come out, well, that’s not so common and it means that you are losing more hair than an average woman.
Let see it this way: 90% of the hair on your head is in the growing phase and 10% is in the resting phase, so that means that there is a need for 10% more. These 10% of hairs will fall in order to make room for the new ones which will grow out. If you are losing more than 15 hairs per pull than you have more than 10% of the hair in the resting phase. This is not so much trouble, but you’d better do something about it in order not to increase this percentage.
There are many reasons for hair loss – genes, lack of vitamins, stress. So, it’s essential to check out your lifestyle when you have hair problems. After all, stress and lack of vitamins can cause problems with your whole body, so be careful. The best solution is to see a doctor if you feel that something is not going so great with your body.

You will need one banana and one egg yolk. Mash the banana well and make a smooth paste out of it. Mix the banana paste with the egg yolk and apply this mixture to your hair. Put a shower cap and let the paste work for 30-40 minutes. Rinse with water and after that wash your hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. Done!
